  to develop a data-consistent probabilistic framework for calibrating hete
 rogeneous material models using experimental data. Unlike standard approac
 hes that identify a single optimal parameter set or assume a prescribed fa
 mily of parameter distributions\, the proposed methodology reconstructs fu
 ll parameter distributions consistent with the observed experimental varia
 bility. It integrates probabilistic modeling of experimental data\, separa
 tion of intrinsic material variability from measurement error\, and Jacobi
 an-based stochastic inversion through nonlinear numerical models. Dimensio
 n reduction and surrogate modeling will be employed to ensure computationa
 l feasibility for complex FEM simulations. The methodology will provide ph
 ysically interpretable uncertainty estimates of material parameters and en
 able robust predictive simulations.\n
