 alk we deal with a class of inverse problem for the bottom detection by me
 asurements on the free surface\, in water-waves. We start from the general
  water-waves system in bounded domains with side walls\, and rewrite the s
 ystem as an elliptic problem in a bounded domain with Neumann homogeneous 
 condition on the rigid boundary. Then we are able to relate the integrals 
 on the bottom and free surface\, to apply the called method of size estima
 te (lower and upper bounds) for the region enclosed between two di​
 erent bottoms\, in terms of Neumann and/or Dirichlet data on the free surf
 ace.\n

  son bien conocidos (y temidos) por su dificultad. Salvo los casos estudia
 dos sistemáticamente (Navier-Stokes y variantes\, elasticidad lineal y va
 riantes dinámicas\, sistemas de reacción-difusión basados en el laplaci
 ano\, etc.)\, no se conoce muy bien su estructura y propiedades. En esta c
 harla\, nos asomaremos al mundo de la optimización gobernada por sistemas
  de EDPs de la mano de dos situaciones concretas. Por un lado\, comentarem
 os sobre un sistema no lineal en dimensión 2 directamente relacionado con
  el problema inverso clásico de la conductividad\; por otro\, describirem
 os brevemente una situación de control bajo el sistema de la hiperelastic
 idad. Además de enunciar algunos resultados formales\, mostraremos divers
 as simulaciones numéricas.\n
