 ondition\, this expansion slows down naturallyto go over to the decelerate
 d phase\, namely the standard Hubble expansion. Thismay obviate the need f
 or a scalar field driven inflationary epoch.\n

 orial "tiling proofs" of these results. Some new results will also be pres
 ented. The talk should be accessible to a general mathematical audience.\n
