 l Physics Seminar\n\n\nAbstract\nThe study of integrality properties of ch
 aracters of finite groups has a long history in mathematics. In this semin
 ar we will explore this topic in the setting of two-dimensional topologica
 l quantum field theories (2D TQFTs). Dijkgraaf-Witten theories\, or G-TQFT
 s\, are 2D TQFTs based on a finite group G. They were recently used to der
 ive integrality properties of sums over irreducible representations of G\,
  along columns of the character table of G. We will review the constructio
 n of integral partial sums of normalized characters using G-TQFTs and pres
 ent some refinements of these results. Given these integral partial sums o
 f column type\, it is natural to ask if similar integral partial sums of r
 ow type exist. Motivated by this\, we introduce a new family of TQFTs\, ca
 lled R(G)-TQFTs\, based on fusion of irreducible representations of G. App
 lying the same construction\, we can prove integrality results for sums ov
 er conjugacy classes\, along rows of the character table of G.\n\nhttps://
